This list is not all inclusive, there may be other self development books out there by Black Authors not included here. Why did I put this list together you may be asking? Well, over the last 2 years I've read, well listened to over 15 self development and entrepreneurship books on Audible. These books are touted as being the best books out there. Yes I will admit they were all good books. But after looking back, I realized not one of those books were written by a black author. So I, in a way, put this list together for my self as books I want to read or listen to in the coming year. And, I thought it important for me to share this list to others so we all can be uplifted by black authors as well. Personally on my journey to improve self, I plan on reading(listening to lol) at least 10 of these books before the end of the year. Perhaps you should try as well.
Now a days I personally enjoy listening to books on Audible over reading physical books. The last physical book I read was probably 8 years ago by Chimamanda Adichie, That Thing Around Your Neck. I prefer listening to books on Audible because I feel like I can multi task. I often listen on my commute to and from work, while working out, running errands, or cleaning up and or cooking in the house. Also Audible is cheaper than buying physical books and I'm cheap, so it works for me. Anyways hope you enjoy this list, and are able to find at least one book that resonates with you.

Reading a book or taking a class are two examples of ways you might work on your personal improvement. Want to design a reading area? Possessing a unique spot where you can snuggle up with a book might be the inspiration you require. But your goals should be where you start. Review the objectives you've set for yourself and be honest with yourself about whether or not you're succeeding in each aspect of your life. then decide what you need to do to get there for yourself.
ReplyDeleteThe National Disability Insurance Scheme (or NDIS) is a new method of offering tailored support to Australians with serious, long-term disabilities that limit their capacity to engage in daily activities. The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) will implement the NDIS, a federal program. A more straightforward and equitable national strategy will replace the eight state and territorial programs as well as a number of Commonwealth-funded projects.
