This tiger nut milk smoothie recipe is creamy, sweet, and refreshingly perfect for the summer or as a meal replacement.
What I Used:
1 1/2 Cup Tiger Nuts Milk

1 1/2 Cup Chopped Coconut
3 Inches Whole Ginger
8-10 Pitted Dates
2 Cups Baby Carrots Or About Two Handfuls
A Few Ice Cubes
Steps:
Simply add ingredients to the blender in no particular order and blend until creamy smooth. Thats it, enjoy your tiger nut smoothie!
